Enhanced security measures are in place at the Leinster House visitors’ entrance on Kildare Street from today.
Visitors who do not hold a valid Oireachtas passcard are asked to walk through a metal detector and pass their bags through an x-ray. Members and staff continue to access Leinster House using their passcards.
Visitors should allow a little extra time when they come to Leinster House on official business or for guided tours.
