The Ceann Comhairle, Seán Ó Fearghaíl TD, was joined by pupils from Gardiner Street school yesterday to launch a special category in the FÍS Film Project.
Primary schools are invited to create a five-minute film to celebrate and commemorate 100 years of Dáil Éireann.
The closing date for entries is 28 June 2019.
FÍS is a film project for primary schools that explores film as a medium of expression in relation to the arts, and introduces children to aspects of the film-making process.
