Sub-Committee on Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation to consider the Protection of Employees Bill with Jobs Minister

Chairman of the Committee Deputy Damien English said: “The Bill is intended, upon enactment, to give effect to the EU Directive on Temporary Agency Workers (2008/14/EC) which has as its objective the protection of temporary agency workers by applying the principle of equal treatment in terms of their basic working and employment conditions. Tomorrow, Minister Bruton will attend the committee for Committee stage of this Bill

This meeting will take place on Thursday, 2nd February in Committee Room 4, Leinster House 2000 at 10am.
