Representatives of ICTU Public Services Committee will appear before the Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform tomorrow, 21st March to discuss matters relating to the Implementation Body for the Public Service Agreement 2010-2014.
Committee vice chair Liam Twomey TD said: “The Public Services Committee of Congress consists of unions with members employed by the state in the Civil Service, the Health Sector, the Education Sector and Local Government. Our meeting tomorrow will provide representatives Committee with an opportunity to give their perspective on the provisions of the Public Service Agreement, known as the Croke Park Agreement. The Croke Agreement is key to delivering on reforms and commitments over pay, job security and outsourcing. Members will also have a chance to raise any issues they may have on this matter.”
This meeting will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, 21st March, in Committee Room 4, Leinster House 2000 at 2pm.
