Finance Committee to resume discussions on pre-Budget submissions

The Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform will resume its discussions on pre-Budget submissions when it meets with a number of civil society groups tomorrow, Friday, 9th November 2012.

Among the group’s attending tomorrow’s meeting are:

Ciarán Lynch, TD, Chairman of the Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, said: “Tomorrow, we will resume our hearings into pre-Budget submissions from civil society groups. It’s an opportunity for us to engage with the various groups on issues raised in their pre-Budget submissions. At our meeting tomorrow we will concentrate on submissions that are considered expenditure/social in nature.”

The meeting will start in Committee Room 4, Leinster House at 10am on Friday 9th November.
