PAC to launch report on Public Sector Allowances

21 Nov 2012, 15:42

The Committee of Public Accounts will launch its report on Public Sector Allowances in the Audio Visual Room on Thursday, 22nd November 2012 at 3pm.

In September, the Committee of Public Accounts agreed to seek information from public bodies on the level of allowances paid to staff. Over the past two months, those allowances were then examined in detail when the heads of the bodies appeared before the Committee.

The report, based on the findings from these meetings, makes a number of important recommendations and observations on the issue of public sector allowances and should be positive and influential in the final decisions made on allowances.

Event: PAC to launch report on Public Sector Allowances.
Date: Thursday, 22nd November at 3pm.
