The Oireachtas Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality has this afternoon issued an interim report on its consideration of the Firearms Licencing Review.

The Report, which contains seven interim recommendations, has been sent to Minister for Justice and Equality Frances Fitzgerald TD. It has also been laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas.
