Committee on the Future of Healthcare to elect chair

On 1st June 2016, the Dáil agreed to establish a Special Committee – the Committee on the Future of Healthcare -  to achieve cross-party consensus on a single long-term vision for health care and the direction of health policy in Ireland, and to make recommendations to the Dáil in that regard. The Committee is required to present a final report to the Dáil within six months of its initial meeting.

This meeting will take place in Committee Room 3, Leinster House at 10.30m tomorrow, Thursday, 23rd June.
