Joint Committee on Tourism, Culture, Arts, Sport and Media to discuss safe and respectful working environment, and accessibility for individuals with disabilities, in the arts

The meeting will be split into sessions:

1.30pm-2.55pm – Safe and respectful working environment in the arts, with representatives from the Arts Council, Irish Theatre Institute and Safe Arts Of Ireland.

3pm-4.30pm – Accessibility for Individuals with Disabilities in Arts and Culture with representatives from Arts and Disability Ireland, and Create Ireland, and artist Clare McLaughlin and Seen-Unseen Collaborator, Carmen Millar.

The Joint Committee on Tourism, Culture, Arts, Sport and Media, chaired by Deputy Niamh Smyth, has 14 Members, nine from the Dáil and five from the Seanad.
