The Joint Committee on Autism will meet tomorrow, 12 July, for two separate sessions with Minister Anne Rabbitte, Minister of State with responsibility for Disability and Adam Harris, CEO of AsIAm.
The meeting at 11am in Committee Room 4 of Leinster House will be split into two sessions.
11 a.m. - 12.30 p.m. – Anne Rabbitte T.D., Minister of State for the Department of Health and the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, with responsibility for Disability
12.30 p.m. - 2 p.m. – Adam Harris, CEO of AsIAm
Committee Cathaoirleach Senator Micheál Carrigy said “The Committee looks forward to the opportunity to discuss autism policy with Minister Anne Rabbitte T.D., whose commitment to disability matters is well-documented. I also look forward to welcoming Adam Harris to address the Committee. Mr. Harris is a leading authority on autism in Ireland and his insights will be valued by the Committee.”
