Joint Oireachtas Committee on Tourism, Culture, Arts, Sport & Media meet for engagement with recently appointed Chairperson to the Board of RTÉ, Ms Siún Ní Raghallaigh

Speaking ahead of the meeting Committee Leas-Cathaoirleach Deputy Alan Dillon TD said “We look forward to an in-depth discussion with the Chairperson of RTÉ, Ms Siún Ní Raghallaigh on her future plans and long-term vision for RTÉ."

"We will seek insight from the Chairperson on the multitude of challenges and opportunities associated with other, non-traditional platforms in the current media landscape and changing consumption patterns . Other topics that we will look to cover in our meeting are funding models and the tackling of misinformation.”
