Reports of the Secretaries for Foreign Affairs, Finance, Industries, Local Government, Trade and Commerce, and Agriculture, were then read.
As the Minister for Labour and the Director of Propaganda were at the moment in the hands of the enemy they were unable to furnish reports. The Minister for Finance and the Director of Agriculture being temporarily prevented from attendance by enemy action, their reports were read by the ACTING-PRESIDENT.
