To ask the Minister for Defence if he can state the reason for the arrest of Joseph O'Connor, Goods Checker, G.S. & W. Railway Co., Portlaoighise Station, on 11th January, 1923; whether he is aware that O'Connor denies having been associated in any way with Irregular forces, and seeing that he is prepared to give the usual undertaking, if he will give favourable and immediate consideration to the request for his release.
