asked the Minister for Defence whether Robert McCrum, 8 George's Place, Temple Street, Dublin, was knocked down on Rathmines road, by a military car on December 19th, and and his collar-bone fractured; whether his claim for compensation is being considered, and when a decision on this case may be expected.

I am unable to trace any record of an accident in which Mr. McCrum was knocked down. His solicitor was asked on the 11th January last to furnish particulars, but I do not appear to have received them.
