asked the Minister for Defence if he is aware that Mr. Patrick Ruane, of Ballina, was arrested on April 27th at Ballina, and is now detained in Claremorris; can he state the reasons for his arrest, and whether any charge has been or will be perferred against him, and if not, whether he will consider the question of having him released.
