Vol. 6 No. 6

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - ATHLONE CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURIES.

SEÁN O LAIDHIN

asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware that a claim has been lodged by Mr. Chas. Donlon, Bastion Street, Athlone, for compensation for bodily injuries inflicted by members of the British forces, on March 12th, 1921; whether, as Mr. Donlon is unable to follow his former occupation as harness maker, owing to the injuries received, settlement of this claim will be expedited.

MINISTER FOR FINANCE (Mr. Blythe)

Mr. Donlon's claim is at present receiving attention, and there will be no avoidable delay in disposing of it.
