CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - SOLDIER'S COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence if he is now in a position to state when Volunteer Michael Cleary, Army No. 11695, 33rd Battalion, Naas Barracks, may expect compensation for injuries and disablement received during his service in the Army, as it is over three months since assessment was promised in this case.

Mr. Cleary's claim is on the point of being assessed. Payment of any award made will be effected in the very near future.
