CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILLED BY MILITARY LORRY.

asked the Minister for Defence if he is now in a position to state whether a decision has been taken on the claim of Mrs. Fitzpatrick, Anne Street, Droichead Nua, Co. Kildare, in respect of the death of her husband, Thomas Fitzpatrick, who was killed in a collision with a military lorry on the 11th December, 1922, and whether he will expedite payment of this claim.

A gratuity has been paid to Mrs Fitzpatrick.
