Vol. 7 No. 22

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - KILMALLOCK INTERNEE.

asked the Minister for Defence if he is now in a position to release Richard Fitzgerald, of Tankardstown, Kilmallock, at present detained in Hare Park Camp, No. 2437, Hut 24, B. Line; whether this prisoner is amongst those who are tried and sentenced, and if so, if he will state the term of his sentence.

Mr. Fitzgerald was sentenced by a Military Tribunal, on the 20th February, 1923, to three years penal servitude for being in possession of arms and ammunition without proper authority. His case is under consideration, and the decision will be communicated to the Deputy as soon as possible.
