Vol. 7 No. 23

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MOUNTRATH ARMY ACCOUNT.

asked the Minister for Defence if he has received repeated applications from Mr. D.J. Delaney, Mountrath, Leix, for payment of an account, amounting to £130 9s. 9d., and if he can state when he will be in a position to authorise payment of same.

Only one application, dated the 23rd ultimo, has been received at Headquarters from Mr. Delaney regarding an account of £130 9s. 9d. In view of the fact that his account with the Army as properly presented had been cleared, it is not understood how this amount is arrived at. Mr. Delaney is accordingly being requested to furnish particulars of his application.
