Vol. 9 No. 25

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - ERNE FISHERY COMPANY'S CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance whether he has received from the County Court Judge of Donegal, decrees dated 9th June, 1924, in favour of the Erne Fishery Company, Ballyshannon, on account of malicious injuries to property for the amounts of £10 10s. 0d., £30 0s. 0d., and £90 0s. 0d., and costs, and if he can state when payment may be expected.

Decrees in favour of the Erne Salmon Fishery Company for the amounts indicated have been received in my Department. The Company owes arrears of income tax exceeding considerably the total amount of the awards. The compensation payable will, therefore, be paid to the Revenue Commissioners.
