Vol. 11 No. 8

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - THE BARRY ESTATE, COUNTY MEATH.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he can state the result of the inquiry made by the Land Commission relative to the Barry Estate at Dangan, Summerhill, Co. Meath, whether it is intended to acquire the said lands and thus relieve the congestion existing in that locality; also whether the Reynell Estate, Tobinstown, Slane, Co. Meath, and that portion of the same estate at Killeary, in the same district, will be divided forthwith so that the people who are dependent on this estate can have the grass for their cows during the coming season.

Mr. HOGAN

The Land Commission have under consideration the acquisition, under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923, of the lands of Dangan and Readstown, County Meath, occupied by Mr. Patrick Barry.
