Vol. 11 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - COUNTY KILDARE ESTATES.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state whether the Land Commission intend to acquire, for the purposes of division amongst uneconomic holders, the farm owned by Mr. Bobbett, containing about two hundred acres, and the farm owned by Mr. Taylor, Morristownbiller, both in the vicinity of Newbridge.

Mr. HOGAN

The Land Commission are taking steps to acquire from William Taylor the lands of Morristownbiller, County Kildare, containing about 278 acres. No representations have been made to the Land Commission regarding the acquisition of any lands in County Kildare held by Mr. Bobbett. If the Commissioners are furnished with the name of the townland on which the lands are situate, so that they may be identified, enquiries will be made.
