Vol. 11 No. 14

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - NEWCASTLE WEST-ABBEYFEALE TRAIN SERVICE.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if he is aware that there is no passenger train service in either direction between Newcastle West and Abbeyfeale until after noon each day; whether, in view of the inconvenience caused thereby to business people and others living between these two places, he will inquire if the Great Southern Railways Company cannot revert to the former service of trains between these towns.

I have been in communication with the Great Southern Railways Company on this matter, and am informed that the inconvenience complained of will be remedied in the time table operating from 1st July next.
