I move that leave be granted for the introduction of the Industrial Trust Company of Ireland, Ltd. (Acquisition of Capital) Bill, 1925. The purpose of this Bill is to enable the Government to assist in the setting up of an institution which, it is hoped, will do a class of financial business which it is necessary to do in this country and which is not really suited to the existing banking institutions.
