Vol. 14 No. 4

WRITTEN ANSWERS. - DISCONTINUANCE OF COUNTY LIMERICK OLD AGE PENSION.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he will state why the old age pension has been discontinued in the case of Edward Kiely, Kilmacanerla, Kilfinny, Co. Limerick.

This man held a pension under the Blind Persons Act but it was discontinued on appeal on the 7th May, 1925, on the ground that he did not fulfil the statutory condition of blindness.
