WRITTEN ANSWERS. - UNION HALL ESTATE.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture whether he proposes to take any steps to acquire under the terms of the Land Act, 1923, the lands of Union Hall, held by Colonel Spaight, who left the country some years ago.

The Land Commission are making inquiries as to the suitability of the lands referred to for acquisition under the provisions of the Land Act, 1923.
