Vol. 16 No. 1

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. MEATH PENSION APPEAL.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he will state the grounds on which the claim of Mr. Owen Reilly, Upper Leitrim, Mullagh, Kells, Co. Meath (number on Pension Officer's book 1623), was disallowed on appeal; whether he is aware that Mr. Reilly is now destitute, and whether this case will be reconsidered.

This claim was disallowed on means on the 31st of March last, and I regret that that decision cannot now be reconsidered.
