PUBLIC BUSINESS.

I propose to take No. 1, namely, the Seanad amendments to the Circuit Court Appeals Bill, to-day and to fix a date for No. 2 which deals with the Wild Birds Protection (Amendment) Bill. I also propose to take to-day No. 3 (Juries Bill), No. 4 (Army Pensions No. 2 Bill), and No. 5 (Barrow Drainage Bill). I ask that the order be discharged in regard to No. 6 (Intoxicating Liquor Bill), and that it be taken to-morrow. I also ask that the order be discharged in regard to No. 7 (Land Bill), and that it be taken on Thursday.

Orders No. 6 and 7 discharged to be taken respectively on 23rd and 24th March.
