asked the Minister for Finance if he will state whether any functions of the Commissioners of Public Works have been transferred to the Electricity Supply Board under Section 105 of the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1927, and, if so, what functions have been so transferred; and further, if a transfer of functions has been made, whether he will state why the resolution required under sub-section (8) of the above section has not been tabled for approval.
