Vol. 32 No. 8

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Holdings on Tipperary Estate.

Mr. Crowley

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when the vesting of the tenant purchasers in their holdings on the Hugh Harman De Moleyns Massy estate, Co. Tipperary, will be completed.

An estate of Hugh Harman De Moleyns Massy in county Tipperary cannot be identified in the records by the Land Commission. There is, however, an estate of that name in county Limerick and the prescribed schedules of particulars in respect thereof, comprising two holdings in the townlands of Ballyglana and Knockanebrack, barony of Coshlea, have been lodged to enable the lands to be vested in the Land Commission under the Land Act, 1923, but I am not at present in a position to state when it may be dealt with by them.
