Vol. 36 No. 4

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Laragh River Bridge.

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state what was the amount of money spent in either May or June, 1927, on procuring material to make a bridge across Laragh River, County Cavan, at the townlands of Killnagarbit and Longfield.

The Land Commission cannot trace the expenditure by them of any money on procuring materials for the bridge referred to, but further inquiry is being made into the matter.

Could the Parliamentary Secretary tell us how many inspectors have been engaged on this work since 1927?

No, but I have just told Deputy Cole that further inquiry is being made into the matter.
