Vol. 36 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Smyth Estate (Co. Westmeath).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state when it is proposed to vest the lands of the Smyth Estate, Drumcree, Co. Westmeath.

The Land Commission are at present dealing with the Smyth Estate referred to by the Deputy and it is anticipated that the appointed day for the estate will be fixed within the next few months.

Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that he gave a similar answer in October, 1929, to the effect that it would be dealt with in a few months?

No. The answer is quite different.

It is in the Official Report.
