Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Murray and Tandy Estates (Co. Meath).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he intends to acquire (1) the Murray Estate, and (2) the Tandy Estate, both situated between Athboy and Clonmellon, Co. Meath.

If the lands on the Murray Estate, to which the Deputy refers, are those of Moygrehan Lower, the Land Commission have had them inspected, and the question of their acquisition is under consideration. The Land Commission have also under consideration the question of the acquisition of the lands of Cloncat and Johnsbrook, the property of Colonel Tandy.
