Vol. 41 No. 14

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Parker Estate (Tipperary).

asked the Minister for Lands and Fisheries if he will state his reasons for not dividing the Parker estate, Garrykennedy, Portroe, Co. Tipperary, and if he is aware that a big amount of congestion exists in that area.

As the Deputy has already been informed, the Land Commission have fully considered all the circumstances of the lands of Garrykennedy on the Parker estate, including the question of local congestion, and their decision in the matter was the result of such consideration.
