Vol. 48 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Drimoleague and Ballydehob Sewerage Schemes.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health if he is now in a position to consider allocating some grants in respect of the proposals of the Cork County Board of Health (Western Committee) in respect of the proposed much needed schemes of sewerage for Drimoleague and Ballydehob, Co. Cork.

The plans submitted for these schemes have been examined in this Department and returned to the Board of Public Health for amendment.

When the plans have been finally approved and other preliminary procedure in the case of both schemes has been attended to by the Board the question of allocating grants towards these works will be considered. The allocation, however, rests with the Minister for Finance.
