Vol. 60 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Unemployment Insurance Fund.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether he can state in respect of the years 1929-30 to 1934-35 inclusive (a) the total receipts of the Unemployment Insurance Fund from each source and (b) the total sums which would have been received from each source if the employers' and workers' contributions had been maintained at the existing level.

I propose to circulate the information desired with the Official Report.

Following is the information:—

The Total Receipts into the Unemployment Fund from each source are as stated below, and appended thereto are figures showing the sums which it is estimated would have been received had the contributions been maintained at the existing level.
