Vol. 63 No. 1

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Cahirciveen District Hospital.

asked the Minister for Local Government and Public Health whether he is aware that there is serious lack of accommodation in the present Cahirciveen district hospital, and if he will state what is the cause of the delay in the erection of a new district hospital for this area.

The need for a new hospital at Cahirciveen is realised. The delay which has arisen in advancing the project has been due to the difficulties experienced in obtaining a suitable site. A site has recently been approved.
