asked the Minister for Lands whether he is aware that a large area of arable land on the Bingham estate at Doohoma, Erris, County Mayo, is continually flooded owing to the fact that a waterway to the foreshore has been rendered useless by the destruction of a piping laid down several years ago by the former Congested Districts Board, and whether it is the intention of his Department to repair the damage complained of.
