Written Answers. - Coolock Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will take steps to relieve congestion in the Coolock-Balgriffin area by acquiring the following conacre lands, for division: the Jolly estate of Willsboro' and Clonshaugh, comprising 92 acres; W. King's lands in Belcamp, Coolock, comprising 137 acres (Receivable Order No. U3467); Dr. Donnelly's lands at Edenmore, Kilbarrack and Swansnest, Howth, comprising 108 acres (Receivable Order No. U5736), and G.E.V. Cuppage's lands at Coolock, comprising 60 acres.

Mr. Boland

Proceedings are in progress for the acquisition of the untenanted lands of Clonshaugh and Willsborough on the estate of James S. Jolly, and a scheme for their division is in course of preparation. The lands of Belcamp, containing 137 acres in the occupation of Wm. King are the subject of inquiry by the Land Commission. The Land Commission have no proceedings at present for the acquisition of the lands of Dr. Thomas Donnelly (which were vested in him under the Land Act, 1923), or of the lands of G.E.V. Cuppage.
