Vol. 70 No. 7

Written Answers. - County Kildare Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state whether the Land Commission have acquired the Hannigan estate at Cherryville, Monasterevan, and, if so, when the estate will be divided.

Mr. Boland

The Land Commission propose to apply to the Appeal Tribunal for an order for the resumption of some 184 acres of the holding of representatives of Nicholas Hannigan, deceased, in the townland of Cherryville, on the Muldoon estate, Record No. S.4711, but they are not in a position to state when the lands will be divided in the event of a resumption order being made by the tribunal.
