Vol. 71 No. 10

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Bacon Hypothetical Pries Levy.

asked the Minister for Agriculture wheather he is aware that consequent on the decision in the case of the Pigs Marketing Board v. Bowe, several minor curers have offered to pay the arrears of hypothetial price levy, accrued due, by instalments; and that the Pigs Marketing Board have refused in one instalment at one; and, ment in one instalment at once; and, whether he will make representations to the Pigs Marketing Board to give these debtors reasonable opportunity to meet their liability.

I have made inquires in these cases, and understand that the Pigs Marketing Board are prepared to consider reasonable offers for payment of the amounts due.

Then there is still some use in putting a question on the Paper.
