The tribunal to inquire into the grading, packing, marking and marketing of fruit and vegetables was appointed on the 21st March, 1935. The members of the tribunal are Messrs. Henry J. O'Friel, Joseph B. J. Whelehan, and Hugh Bradley. It is understood that the inquiry has been completed and that the tribunal's report is in an advanced stage of preparation.
