In the following table is set out the amount of the imports under licence of dressed leather (excluding harness leather and sole and insole leather) in accordance with the Official Import List descriptions.

With regard to the second part of the question it is considered that the ascertaining of the number of licences which have been issued would not justify the great expenditure of time and the considerable amount of work involved.
With regard to the last part of the question, it has not been the practice and it is not in the public interest that information furnished to the Revenue Commissioners in respect of the transactions of individuals should be disclosed.
