Vol. 81 No. 3

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Derelict Lands in County Cork.

asked the Minister for Lands if he is aware that about 40 acres of lands of Coolmain, Kilbrittain, County Cork, in the possession of Mrs. D. Craig, who is not at present in this country, are derelict, and whether he proposes to take action in the matter.

There are no proceedings in the Land Commission for the acquisition of the lands of Mrs. D. Craig, Coolmain, and, owing to the emergency conditions obtaining, it is not proposed to take any action in the matter at present.

Will the Minister consult with his colleague about enforcing the tillage regulations on this holding?

That is a matter for the Minister for Agriculture.
