Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Timber Importers, Limited.

asked the Minister for Supplies if he will state the names and qualifications of the members of Timber Importers, Limited, the date of its formation, the authority under which it was formed, and its powers, functions, or terms of reference.

Timber Importers, Limited, is a limited liability company and full particulars in regard to the persons constituting the board, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company, can be obtained in the usual way in the Companies' Registration Office.

The company was formed for the centralised purchasing of imported timber and for allocating it under my direction.

The following are the present directors of the company:—William Dinan, Peter L. McCarthy, Henry M. Dockrell, Alfred B. McNaughton, George S. Gamble, Charles M. O'Kelly, Michael F. Phelan. These directors receive no remuneration for their services.
