Grain Importers (Éire) Limited is a limited liability company and full particulars in regard to the persons constituting the board, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the company can be obtained in the usual way in the Companies Registration Office.
The company was formed for the centralised purchasing of grain (mainly imported grain) and for allocating it under my direction.
The following are the present directors of the company:—J.M. Aimers, H. Golden, T.W.H. Davies, F.P. Hallinan, J.P. Goodbody, T.D. Hallinan. These directors receive no remuneration for their services.
