Vol. 85 No. 2

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - County Tipperary Estate.

asked the Minister for Lands if he will state what steps, if any, are being taken to acquire the estate of Haskins—late Braddell—New Hill, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, County Tipperary.

The Land Commission have had an inspection made of the lands on the Braddell estate, but have not yet come to a decision as to instituting proceedings for acquisition.

The land is being wasted and under the circumstances I think the Minister should go carefully into the matter.

I shall look into the matter again.
