asked the Minister for Agriculture if, in view of the difficult time that is approaching in the matter of flour supplies, and in an endeavour to get into the millers' hands the surplus supplies of the 1941 crop still lying in the hands of seedsmen and farmers, etc., he will consider bringing forward the price of 50/- per barrel, so as to make it effective as from the 1st May, 1942.
