Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers. - Acquisition of Clonakilty Lands.

asked the Minister for Lands if it is the intention of the Land Commission to acquire the part of the lands of Ballyvackey, Clonakilty, known as the Hungerford estate, for division amongst deserving applicants in that area.

The Land Commission have no proceedings pending for the acquisition of the lands of Ballyvackey, Clonakilty, known as the Hungerford estate; and owing to the emergency conditions they are not prepared to take any action at present regarding the question of the acquisition of these lands.
